Set in discworld, but other than a few background references, you wouldn't know it. This is intended as a childrens' book, but I found it entertaining. A cat and group of talking rats accompany a boy and intend to fake a Pied Piper routine to raise money. This all goes wrong on encountering a Rat king. But the story ends happily enough. Terry's take on a classic fairy tale I suppose.
