Describes the misadventures of a nuclear scientist who accidentally removes a nuclear warhead from the site where he works and his attempts to re-smuggle the warhead back despite the increased security his plans cause to be imposed. The pointless civil service irritations are nicely captured, and the whole is horribly plausible.
