The History Monks control the allocation of time, but this role is threatened when someone starts to construct a truly accurate clock. Much sending up of martial arts movies, with a cameo appearance from James Bond's Q and a larger role for the Fifth Horseman of the Apocalypse (who left before they became famous). I missed the vampire photographer from The Truth, but this is still funny stuff.
